With over 30 years experience in the Building Preservation Industry, we are one of the longest established privately owned regional companies in our Industry. We provide a range of services to both domestic and commercial clients in the north of England from our office and works based in Harrogate, North Yorkshire. Our clients include local authorities, county councils, banks, building societies, housing associations, and we provide a complete specialist sub-contracting service to the construction industry. Most of our range of services carry a thirty year guarantee, with insurance backing available as an optional extra. Where required, a total property protection package is also available, which will provide full insurance protection against rising damp, woodworm, dry rot, etc., throughout the building, both by means of guarantee where remedial treatments have been carried out, and also by means of independent insurance available to cover otherwise untreated areas.
